The TL83 double-insulated lead is designed for the Martindale fuse finders only. The IEC plug fits the fuse finder transmitter FD650 and will connect to the circuit under test via the fused croc–clips. The croc–clips allow connection to any circuit where a 3-pin socket is unavailable.
