600V twin button test lamp with proving device
Martindale’s MTL20PD-S contains the Drummond MTL20 test lamp and PD440S proving device supplied with a tailor-made hard carry case . It has a clear window for access to test points on the proving unit without the need to remove it from the case.
The MTL20 test lamp has a safe voltage indication from 50V – 500V AC / DC. Simultaneous depression of two buttons on the probe and instrument enables the unit to draw a high current to help identify phantom voltages.
The PD440S AC proving device proves the operation of voltage indicators, multimeters and test lamps at 440V
The kit fully meets the requirements of GS38 and proving dead procedures.
