The LOK6W is a locking off device for use on Henley and Lucy service cut out fuse carrier holders. It has been designed to restrict access to live contacts and prevent the reinsertion of a fuse whilst maintenance is in progress.
The extendable design also makes it suitable for larger Red Spot fuse holders rated at 63A and 100A and other similar designs.
