Easy-to-use handheld PAT testers for electrical safety checks
It’s easy to get started with electrical safety checks on Class I and Class II appliances and leads with the lightweight HPAT Series of handheld testers. All models have been designed for ease of use with one-button automatic testing and ultimate portability. The compact design with bright backlit colour display, provides the perfect solution for testing in all locations, particularly under a desk or behind a monitor, where lighting may be restricted. Testing in accordance with the latest IET Code of Practice for in-service inspection and testing of electrical equipment is straight forward.
HPAT425 handheld PAT tester
The HPAT425 handheld PAT tester can be used for testing all types of portable appliances and is built for ease featuring one-button automatic testing. It is designed for automatic pass/fail testing of Class 1 & Class II appliances and IEC power leads. The unit is small and lightweight for maximum portability and features a USB charging port for on-the-go charging. The large, high-contrast greyscale display is ideal for testing in varying light conditions.
The HPAT425 features both 500V and 250V insulation test options, ideal for surge-protected devices, and an IT safe 200mA earth bond test. A comprehensive range of optional adaptors is available for testing 110V appliances and equipment fitted with 3-phase plugs.
HPAT550 rechargeable PAT tester
The HPAT550 rechargeable PAT tester combines simple PASS/FAIL with actual test values, its lightweight, portable design and the bright colour display make it ideal for testing in all locations. As with the HPAT425 single button press activates either a full Class I, Class II or lead test without any further interaction by the user. The display has clear PASS / FAIL indicators and shows all test results.
HPAT550 is supplied with an extension lead adaptor, an earth bond probe with clip, a USB-C to USB-A cable for charging and hard carry case with a separate pocket for accessories.
HPAT650 advanced PAT tester
Where both automatic one button testing plus single test selection for diagnostics is required the HPAT650 advanced PAT tester ticks all the boxes. In addition to all the features of the HPAT550 the HPAT650 has the ability to run single tests plus pass levels can be easily adjusted for testing appliances with long power cords or long extension leads. The HPAT650 also has memory to store the test results of up to 100 appliances for on-screen recall when required.
