Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

Electrical Safety in the Workplace Survey 2026

 

Eligibility and Entry:

Martindale’s Electrical Safety in the Workplace Survey Prize Draw runs from the 8th  June 2026 to 17th July 2026. All ‘fully completed’* Martindale Electrical Safety in the Workplace Surveys will automatically be entered into the Prize Draw for a chance to win one of five £100 Amazon Gift Cards. Only surveys submitted online between 8th  June 2026 to 17th July 2026 will be eligible for entry. Entrants must be aged 18 or over.

 

Closing Date:

The closing date for the Prize Draw is 11:59 PM on 17th July 2026. Surveys submitted after this time will not be included.

 

Selection and Notification of Winners:

The winners will be randomly selected from all fully completed* surveys submitted within the entry period. Winners will be notified by email within 4 weeks of the closing date. No cash alternative will be offered.

 

Exclusions:

Employees of Martindale Electric Ltd and associated companies are not eligible to enter the Prize Draw.

 

Fraudulent Entries:

Martindale Electric Ltd reserves the right to withhold the prize if any attempt to abuse this promotion through fraudulent means is detected.

Entries deemed to have been completed solely for the purpose of entering the Prize Draw, without genuine engagement in the survey, will be excluded.

 

Prize Delivery:

Prizes are restricted to delivery within England, Wales, Scotland, and Northern Ireland.

 

Legal Terms:

The Prize Draw is governed by English law, and entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

Martindale Electric Ltd reserves the right to withdraw, suspend, cancel, or amend the Prize Draw where it becomes necessary to do so due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Martindale Electric Ltd’s decision in all matters relating to the Prize Draw is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

*Note on ‘Fully Completed’:

By fully completed, Martindale Electric Ltd deems a survey to be fully answered with responses that reflect genuine consideration. Surveys suspected of being completed solely for Prize Draw entry will be excluded at Martindale Electric Ltd.’s discretion.
