We are now looking for a Warehouse Operative to join our team on a full-time basis.

As a Warehouse Operative, you will join a small existing team undertaking picking, packing and testing activities.

Specifically, you will select items to make up orders, prepare them for collection by the carrier and enter the order into the carrier’s system.

In addition, you will spend time in our production area, doing simple go/no go testing and packing small electrical items. No electrical knowledge is required.

Other organisations may call this role Warehouse Assistant, Warehouse Operative, Stores Assistant, Goods-in Assistant, Picker, Packer, or Logistics Assistant.

This is a full-time role working 40 hours per week, 8am – 5pm.

To be considered for the role of Warehouse Operative, you will need:

• Experience of working in a warehouse environment
• Close attention to detail
• The ability to work well in a team environment
• To live within a commutable distance of our site in Watford
• A forklift truck licence would be beneficial to your application but not essential.

• Quarterly bonus scheme (based on company year on year growth)
• 20 days’ holiday (rising after two years’ service) plus Bank Holidays
• Free on-site parking
