The Metrohm E3511 5kV insulation tester has both battery and mains operation. Insulation is measured from 100kΩ to 100GΩ, with four selectable DC test voltages (500V, 1kV, 2.5kV & 5kV). The large analogue scale also displays AC or DC voltage up to 1000V. A latching test switch also allows hands-free testing.
The E3511 offers full over-voltage and over-current protection for measurements, with 14 - 16 hours operation from re-chargeable NiMH batteries. The unit is built in to a rugged carry case with an accessory case that clips to the lid and will carry the supplied test leads and manual.
This high voltage insulation tester is supplied with 2m test leads, croc clips, accessory bag and instruction manual.
